SCREEN SNAPSHOTS Series 20 # 3

The Stooges appear during a segment covering the annual Comedians vs. Leading Men baseball game at L.A. Wrigley Field on August 8, 1940, and the subsequent parade. Also featured are stars attending a charity auction, enjoying Ciro's nightclub, and attending the San Fernando Valley Horse Show.

The Stooges attended this annual charity event several times, with documented appearances in 1940 - 1941 (newspaper reports) and 1945 (filmed by Ken Murray). They may have participated other years as well.

Copyright filing research initially found this previously unlisted short, with the Stooges listed in the credits, as reported in The Three Stooges Journal # 109 (Spring 2004).
