ODDBALL COUPLE, THE - A Day at the Beach

Neil Simon's THE ODD COUPLE was adapted for this Saturday morning, animated series. Best friend opposites are sloppy reporter mutt Fleabag (Paul Winchell) and neat-freak photographer cat Spiffy (Frank Nelson), who share an apartment.

Spiffy plans a day of exercise at the beach to prove his superior fitness, but nothing goes as planned when Fleabag buys Aladdin's lamp from a beach vendor and uses his wishes to beat Spiffy at every exercise. Joe Besser provided the voice of the genie.
