Frank Reighter was the organizer and manager of The Three Stooges Conventions in the Philadelphia area, 1987 - 1995, and The Three Stooges Fan Club Meetings of 1999 - 2015. Assisting him every step of the way was his wife Phyllis. Frank & Phyllis also launched and ran the Philly Non-Sports Trading Card Show for many years.
- The Non-Sports Show's dealers and sponsors honored the Reighters with promotional cards in 1994 and 2002.
- After the Reighters sold the show to other organizers, their influence and contributions to it earned memorial trading cards. Phyllis died in 2012, and Frank in 2017.
Over the years, the non-sports trading card organization has also honored a few performers whose paths crossed with the Stooges, like Philly's own Sally Starr, and frequent Stooge co-star Emil Sitka.
