Fine Art of Boxing, The (No Stooge in the Ring)
20th Century-Fox promotional reel, produced for distribution to theatre owners and film industry bookers/exhibitors, to sell the studio's Fall 1936 schedule of feature films. Not distributed to the general public.
Ted Healy is briefly seen on the Fox lot, in a clip promoting SING, BABY, SING (1936). The short plays as a tour of the 20th Studios, showing its actors and production crew personnel at work on their films.
The discovery and details of this featurette were reported in The Three Stooges Journal # 141 (Summer 2012).
A similar short entitled FOX FALL 1936 EXHIBITOR'S REEL was produced at the same time. Together, they may have been cut down from a larger reel, but currently are only known to exist as these two separate reels.
